THE NAMESAKE: Spencer Topham was a generous, welcoming, fun-loving guy who always sought for equality and human rights. As a certified ministry candidate and youth leader, he was looking to work towards building prosperous and fair communities of people. Through attending and leading camps at Cedar Glen, he came to believe strongly in the transformative experiences that can be had there. In awarding scholarships to this camp in his name, the foundation looks to promote youth who aim for the greatest goal of building communities in which compassion leads.
